Returns

Not in love? No worries, we'll make it right within 30 days, no fees.

Unopened items: return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fees, no deductions.

Opened or worn lashes: lashes are a hygiene product, so we can't restock a worn pair, but we won't leave you stuck with a style that doesn't suit your eyes. Contact us within 30 days and we'll swap you to a style that suits, or give you store credit for the full amount.

Damaged or faulty: we'll replace it urgently at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. To start, email cs@witchylashes.com.au. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
